brandied peach sundae with amaretti cookies

Ingredients

1/4 cup brandy or almond liqueur

4 medium peaches or nectarines, sliced

2 cups Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream

1 cup crushed amaretti or almond cookies

Instructions

Pour brandy over peaches in medium bowl. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, stirring occasionally, at least 2 hours. To serve, spoon into 4 wine goblets or dessert dishes, then evenly top with Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream and cookies.

SUBSTITUTION: Use 1 bag (1 lb.) sliced frozen peaches, thawed.
