Ingredients

1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar

1/4 cup light corn syrup

1/4 cup heavy or whipping cream

3 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread

1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 tsp. instant coffee dissolved in 1 tsp. hot water (optional)

1 cup Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream

1 cup Breyers® Chocolate Ice Cream

Sweetened whipped cream (optional)

Cookies (optional)

Instructions

Bring brown sugar, corn syrup, heavy cream and Spread to a boil over high heat in 2-quart saucepan, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and cook, without stirring, 6 minutes or until thickened; remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips until melted with wire whisk. Stir in coffee mixture; cool slightly.

To serve, spoon 2 tablespoons sauce into 4 wide-mouthed Champagne or martini glasses. Evenly top with scoops of Breyers® All Natural Vanilla and Chocolate Ice Cream. Drizzle with additional sauce, then garnish with whipped cream and cookies.

TIP: Sauce can be doubled and stored, covered, in refrigerator. Reheat in microwave.
