Ingredients
2 cups sliced strawberries, divided
2 Tbsp. sugar
4 (4-1/2-inch) frozen Belgian or regular waffles, toasted
4 scoops Breyers® All Natural Strawberry or Vanilla Ice Cream (about 2 cups)
Instructions
In medium bowl, with fork, mash 1/2 cup strawberries; stir in sugar, then remaining strawberries. Cover and let stand 30 minutes.
On dessert plates, arrange toasted waffles. Top with Breyers® Natural Strawberry Ice Cream, then spoon on strawberry mixture.
