Ingredients
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained*
1/4 cup orange marmalade
2 Tbsp. rum or coconut flavored rum
2 cups Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream
1/4 cup flaked coconut, toasted if desired
Instructions
Cook oranges, marmalade and rum in small saucepan until heated through.
Scoop Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream into 4 goblets or dessert dishes, then top with warm orange mixture and coconut.
